Flying Tail Farms specializes in Three-Day Eventing. Our established program has trained many horses and riders from the novice to advanced level. We have a family like atmosphere that breeds success among our riders. We provide training to students with their own horses or train the horses themselves. While full training is encouraged, riders do not have to be in full training to take lessons. Flying Tail Farms offers many horses for sale as well.

Dayna Lynd-Pugh
Dayna Lynd-Pugh has been teaching, training and competing in this area for more than 20 years. Dayna has competed through the advanced level, and has brought many horses and riders up to that level as well. Dayna has the ability to work with all levels of students and bring out their best by making riding fun and enjoyable. Dayna’s enthusiastic teaching style and love for horses is the perfect combination for someone looking to achieve their own personal goals.
Dayna’s students are given the opportunity to compete in several disciplines. Whether it be jumping, dressage or eventing, they all enjoy the family feel of Flying Tail Farms, and the team atmosphere that Dayna promotes.
Shannon Lilley
Shannon Lilley, originally from Portola Valley, started riding with Dayna Lynd-Pugh when she was 9 years of age. Shannon pony-clubbed in her earlier years of riding and since has become a serious competitor in three-day eventing. She has competed through the Advanced / Three Star level of eventing and won may accolades along the way. Shannon was the recipient of the 2007 Developing Rider grant and is currently the Young Rider Coordinator and Chef d'Equip for Area VI. She lead the Area VI 2 star team to win two consecutive gold medals at NAJYRC in 2008 and 2009.
Shannon also graduated from Santa Clara University in 2001 with a degree in Marketing. She takes great pride in being a part of the team like atmosphere of Flying Tail Farms.
